Being the only specialized Hajj Charter Company in India and having successfully managed an average of 50,000 pilgrims per year, Sovika Airline Services specializes in organizing and managing the Hajj Charter operations on behalf of the Indian government since 2009, catering to pilgrims across different stations in India and Saudi Arabia. With its entire management team, executives and coordinators, Sovika manages Pan India Hajj Operations covering areas like Liaison with Airport Authorities, Customs & Immigration formalities, Ground Handling requirements in addition to other local assignments including crew pick up and drop services and crew scheduling as per various CAA norms.

Sovika is proud to have pioneered the concept of Crew Leasing in the mid 1990s and has done several crew leasing projects for numerous airlines ever since. Sovika Airlines had more than 300 Cabin Crew members on its payroll. We provide young, experienced and dynamic Cabin Crew to our airline partners to enhance the face value of their airlines.

We have had many long term associations with Air India for similar projects between 2006 and 2008, we also teamed up with Flyglobespan and CSA airlines who had leased B767 & A310 aircraft operating between Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Heathrow, Hyderabad, Jeddah, Singapore and Hong Kong respectively. We supervised the entire aspect of crew management including crew logistics, crew training, crew Hotac , crew rostering on UK CAA as well as Indian DGCA guidelines.

We have aligned with our valued airline partners and put in our best efforts to provide excellent aircraft leasing solutions with the help of tailor made ACMI contracts. We have secured a record number of successful ACMI contracts with various esteemed airline companies like Air India, NAS Air, Royal Jordanian, Sierra National Airways etc. Our airline partners have treasured these ACMI contracts with each of our contracts spanning a period of least two to three years. Air India, being a major lessee had leased the 2 B 767-300 ERs and one A 310 for a span of two and a half years, connecting major Indian airports with London, Dubai, Kuwait, Hong Kong, Jeddah, Bangkok, etc. Our flights are also operated locally from locations like Delhi and Calicut.

NAS Air had their first ever Indian Hajj operations managed by us, which included facilitation and control of daily operations of three B 767 aircrafts during the period 2009-2010.
